PLACE/CANCEL ORDER: Please send the purchase order via a fax or an email to DigitPro Communications, Inc. If you do not have an available purchase order form, you can download a copy of Purchase Order Form (PDF file, 124 KB) here or we can send you one. DigitPro Communications, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. To cancel a purchase order, the buyer MUST submits a "WRITTEN NOTICE" to DigitPro Communications, Inc. either by fax or by email WITHIN 3 business days AFTER the purchase order was sent to us. If the buyer fails to submit a "WRITTEN NOTICE", the buyer will be responsible for all incurred expenses that may occur. These expenses include, but are no limited to, shipping & handling fees and a TWENTY percent (20%) of invoice amount for a restocking fee, unless DigitPro Communications, Inc. has made other arrangements with the buyer.PAYMENT: The payment is due and payable in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice. An interest charge of 15% per month will be added to past due amounts. $25 dollars will be charged for each returned check.DELIVERY: Unless otherwise noted, delivery will be made F.O.B. US$ DigitPro Communications, Inc. (continuing on these terms and conditions of sales as DigitPro Communications, Inc.). Buyers are responsible for all expenses may occur in this transaction. These expenses include, but are no limited to, custom broker service fees, custom duties, sales taxes, shipping freight, handling fees, insurance fees and any other miscellaneous fees. DigitPro Communications, Inc. is not responsible for any delay due by the shipping courier.SERVICE AND SUPPORT: If you have any problem with the product that you have directly purchased from DigitPro Communications, Inc., we urge you to contact our technical support staff before deciding to return the product. We are here to help you and will do so in every way possible.RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION: In order to obtain a repair or a replacement service for the product, a RMA number must be obtained from DigitPro Communications, Inc. and the product must be returned within 10 days from the date of a RMA number was issued. In order to take advantage of the RMA policy, you MUST:(a) Fill up a RMA form and fax it to DigitPro Communications, Inc. For immediate assistance, fax your RMA request to (909) 468-5514. Attention To: RMA Department. You will receive a RMA number upon receipt of request. You MUST provide the original invoice with shipping date, serial number, description of complete item(s) being returned and reason(s) for return. If you need a RMA form, please contact RMA department and we will send you one. (b) All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by the buyer. DigitPro Communications, Inc. will pay for a ground shipping service back within U.S.A. only. All international returns must be prepaid by the buyer. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and on mailing label. We would appreciate getting a completed or detailed description of the problem. Items returned MUST be received by DigitPro Communications, Inc. in like new condition in their original packaging. If we need to repair the returned product, we will inform you in regard to the repair details and charges (if applicable) in advance. We will not repair the returned item(s) until we receive a written confirmation from you. And, we are not responsible for any returned item that stays with us for more than THIRTY (30) days from the date of receiving the returned item(s), if we do not receive a written confirmation from you.
SHIPPING & HANDLING & RESTOCKING FEES: All shipping & handling fees are NOT refundable. All sales are final, NO returns for credits and exchanges without receiving a written approval from DigitPro Communications, Inc. We request that all items returned must be tested prior to shipping at your end. If we find that the returned product is not a defective product, a TWENTY percent (20%) of invoice amount will be charged for a restocking fee, unless DigitPro Communications, Inc. has made other arrangements with the buyer.LIMITED WARRANTY All products delivered by DigitPro Communications, Inc. are warranted as follows, ONE (1) YEAR for the whole product and all other parts (or accessories) are NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of original invoice. During the warranty period, DigitPro Communications, Inc. warranties these products to be free defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends to the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred. This limited warranty is contingent upon proper use of the product in question and does not cover products which have been modified or which have been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stresses.This limited warranty also does not cover the damages that may occur as a result of: 1. Shipping or improper installation or maintenance; 2. Misuse, neglect or improper environment; 3. Any repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options or parts by anyone other than DigitPro Communications, Inc.; 4. Excessive or inadequate electrical power surges or other irregularities; 5. Security or interference problems or signal failure or missed data & messages; FOLLOWING IS A DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE UNDER CALIFORNIA UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE §2-316. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! BUYER OF THIS PRODUCT HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALTHOUGH THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE FCC OR OTHER CERTIFICATIONS, THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS PRODUCT MAY NEVERTHELESS CONSTITUTE A BREACH OF CONTRACT OR TORT AGAINST THE AIRTIME CARRIER(S) PROVIDING AIRTIME SERVICE TO THE BUYER. BUYER AND ITS END USER SHOULD ALWAYS CONSULT THEIR AGREEMENTS OR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR AIRTIME CARRIER TO MAKE SURE THEIR USE(S) OF THIS PRODUCT DO NOT VIOLATE THE AGREEMENT WITH THE AIRTIME CARRIER(S). THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION DESCRIBED IN THE MANUAL ACCOMPANIED THIS PRODUCT. SELLER SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS OF BREACH OF CONTRACT OR TORT BY AIRTIME CARRIERS OR END USERS AGAINST THE BUYER. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY BE CHANGED BY DIGITPRO COMMUNICATIONS, INC. IN THE FUTURE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A BUYER TO PERIODICALLY RETURN TO THIS PAGE TO REVIEW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AMENDMENTS. THE AMENDED TERMS SHALL TAKE EFFECT AUTOMATICALLY FROM THE DAY THEY ARE POSTED. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOLLOWING ANY AMENDMENTS WILL CONSTITUTE AGREEMENT TO SUCH AMENDMENTS. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DigitPro Communications, Inc. is not responsible for consequential damage to product or its components caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections or components not installed or obtained from DigitPro Communications, Inc. DigitPro Communications, Inc. shall not be liable for any results of signal failure, or missed data and messages, or damage to painted surfaces or liquids, or chemical spilled upon or inside the product, including oxidation or corrosion to components caused by exposure to salty air.
